Management Information Systems

Management Information Systems (MIS) is responsible for providing the highest quality technology-based tools and services to create and maintain strong information technology systems to support agency staff and promote agency efficiency and accountability. MIS serves as the Agency’s liaison to the Arizona Department of Administration – Arizona Strategic Enterprise Technology (ASET).


INFRASTRUCTURE

  • The Infrastructure section consists of desktop hardware and software support, server hardware and software support, security, video conferencing and telecommunications.


APPLICATIONS / DATABASE

  • Application developers are responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance and operations of ADJC applications both large and small. The Database section is responsible for the development and design of database strategies, monitoring and improving database performance and capacity, and planning for future expansion requirements for both small and large databases.


PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Project Management is designed to integrate project management practices within the Agency and execute and deliver projects, solicit business solutions, execute governance and control, communications throughout the Agency and ensuring successful project delivery.
