Operational support for the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) include the following:

 

 

BUDGET

 

BUSINESS AND FINANCE

 
 The Budget Office advises the Director and executive staff on all budget matters affecting the department, while serving as the department’s liaison for budget-related stakeholders and/or projects. The Business and Finance Bureau acts as a monitor ensuring that all regulatory functions are maintained and efficiently handled in accordance with state, federal and departmental laws, policies and regulations. 
     
 

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

 

GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS

 
 The Continuous Improvement Bureau is responsible for analyzing and compiling data used for responding to information requests, studies, and reports for the agency, Governor's Office, Legislature, and other persons or entities as authorized. The Office of Government Affairs and Public Relations monitors, tracks, and conducts research and the effects of legislation and how policies may affect the operations of the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections. 
     
 

HUMAN RESOURCES

 

INSPECTOR GENERAL

 
 The Human Resources Bureau is tasked with facilitating a forward thinking approach to providing effective policies, procedures and support to all Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) employees. The Office of the Inspector General is comprised of an Inspector General who manages and oversees the operation of three (3) support areas: Investigations, PREA Compliance, and Quality Assurance. 
     

 

LEGAL SYSTEMS

 

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS

 
 The Legal Systems Bureau provides legal expertise to the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) to promote and protect the interests of the ADJC, the juveniles, the employees, the victims, and the public. Management Information Systems (MIS) is responsible for providing the highest quality technology-based tools and services to create and maintain strong information technology systems to promote agency efficiency and accountability.
