Religious and Pro-Social Programs

As a companion to treatment, the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections provides all youth at Adobe Mountain School the opportunity to participate in pro-social, recreational, and religious activities as a means to encourage youth to change delinquent thinking by teaching many life lessons such as teamwork, commitment, and finding new opportunities to include in their success plan.

ADJC offers a variety of pro-social activities to encourage youth to change delinquent thinking by teaching many life lessons such as teamwork, commitment, and finding new opportunities to include in their success plan.

Religious Services

Pastoral activity programs offer youth the opportunity to nurture spiritual growth and development. The program consists of a chaplain and many volunteers who provide and coordinate religious services for the different religions routinely represented in the youth population.
