Information regarding specific juveniles shall be released to the public only with the proper authorization or by court order or as authorized by A.R.S. § 8-208. If a public record does contain personally identifiable information, such information will be redacted prior to being made available to the requestor.
What is the Department policy related to Public Records Requests?
- See Policy 1120 and Procedure 1120.01 et seq.
What is the cost?
