Donor Instructions
The Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) is appreciative of the donations we receive which allow us to enhance educational, treatment, pro-social and career training programs to the youth in our care.
If you are interested in making a donation (cash, check or goods), the following is a guideline meant to assist you. It is important to note that in order to be accepted, the donation and its intended use, if specified, must be in line with ADJC’s statutory authority as well as all state policies and procedures.
Donations may be designated in the following categories for use:
- Education / Career Development
- Sports / Recreation
- Worship Center
- Pro-Social Activities
- Special Events
- General
Donors may wish to refer to our Pre-Approved Donation List for ease when considering types of goods. Please note that goods may be subject to additional review or unable to be accepted.

All donations need to be accompanied by a completed GAO-802 Form, along with the Pre-Approved Donation List with the quantity notated. Upon receipt of the donation at the facility, additional forms for security purposes may be required.
